Dissolution Mode

Process by the Registrar

The Registrar will only register a Trade Union and issue a registration certificate if they are satisfied that the requirements have been met. If the Registrar believes that the application for registration is deficient in some way, they will communicate their objections to the Trade Union in writing within 15 days. The Trade Union will then have 15 days to reply and resolve any discrepancies. Once the Registrar is satisfied, they will proceed to register the Trade Union and issue a certificate.

Labour Court Appeal
