DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF A PARTNERSHIP FIRM IN PAKISTAN

Registering a partnership requires that partners sign a Partnership deed executed on non-judicial stamp worth Rs. 1,000/-. The Partnership Deed must be extensive and include the name of Partnership Firm, registered Address and detail the entire rights and obligations of each partner. The document required for partnership firm are as follow:

- Partnership Deed
- Attested by minimum 2 witnesses
- Required under the law
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration process for your business, please make sure to have the following documents on hand:
- Bank challan of the prescribed registration fee
- CNIC copies of all partners and witnesses
- Notarized copy of all the above documents
- Rent agreement or title document of the premises
- Last utility bill paid
